How do I order clogs?

1. Make an enquiry

The simplest way to order clogs and bespoke leather items is to e-mail me or phone me. In fact at the moment it’s the only way! So let’s get started: contact me with any ideas or questions, and as much info as you can on the options you want.

2. Tell me what you’d like

Before I make your clogs I’ll need to know the following. You don’t have to give me all the info straight away and just give me a call or drop me an e-mail if you want to discuss any of the options.

  • Size (shoe size, and clog size if you know it)
  • Style (see the Shop section of the website – new styles will appear here when they become available)
  • Leather colour and type
  • Toe style (common or duck)
  • Bare wood, indoor rubbers or outdoor rubbers
  • Do you want the sole edges dyeing
  • Any fancy overtongues, crimping etc.

3. Fitting

If you can come to Sheffield for an in-person fitting, that’s always the best way.

However, if you can’t, just let me know and I’ll send you the sizing instructions. Remote fittings are easy to do and can be done from anywhere in the world.

4. Payment

Normally I’ll invoice you for a deposit of £30 once we’ve determined exactly what you want as outlined above.

The balance is payable once the clogs are finished, before I send them to you.

I accept cheque, bank transfer or cash on collection. I’m afraid I can’t take card payments over the phone at this time.

5. Delivery and lead times

Please bear in mind this is bespoke footwear and I make each pair myself, from scratch, with hides of leather and pieces of tree – so be realistic about how fast I can work! The current lead times are always published on the homepage.

Sometimes I can speed things along, to a certain extent, if you have a particular deadline – just ask.

Clogs will be posted by Special Delivery as soon as they’re finished and paid for, unless you arrange to collect them from the workshop or from an event I’m attending.
